Help with Shoes: Any Brides with Big old Feet?

I posted this about a week ago, but I've had no luck with the suggestions I received. Does anyone know of a store or manufacturer who stocks wide-width shoes for brides? I thought I found a pair, but after shuffling around my house in them, realized they are too tight, and too long!

It's a shame there is no plastic surgery for wide feet. If I could change this one thing about myself, I would. Buying shoes of any kind is a pain!

I know there is a place in manhattan- they specialize in large sizes and "cinderella" sizes- Wendy Williams always talks about it on the radio- I think it is somewhere midtown, like 57th?

I pass a store every day on 35th, between 5th and 6th that does larger sizes. They always have very modern styles in the window

I know Payless carries wide width shoes and has dyables so I'd think that their dyables are available in wide width, but I didn't check so I don't know for sure.

Went to Sandys shoes in massapequa. My feet were all ready swollen from work so when I tried some shoes on, they were kinda tight. She told me not to worry because she also carried wide width. They are colorful creations. She has a great selection, so its well worth paying her a visit. I'll post a pic of my comfy shoes!

Thank you for all of the suggestions! I know I'll want comfy shoes the day of--I'll get so cranky if my feet are hurting.

I'll definitely take a look at the places mentioned. Payless does have some wide widths, but I was hoping to avoid buying dyeable shoes. My dress is ivory and the wedding is in July, so I was trying for nice ivory colored sandals or summery shoes.

I wore a pair of stuart weitzman shoes --they come in a wide width and they were extremely comfortable. These are called Gloring...

Boy can I sympathize... I have wide feet and it is HORRIBLE!!
DEFINITELY go to Bridal Shoe Boutique in Carle Place. It's on Old Country Road in a shopping strip inbetween Roosevelt Field and the Source. They carry all types of shoes for weddings, and they have wide with! I got a D width for my wedding shoes and they were SOOO comfy.

I can't rave enough about that store. They were so helpful too!

I have to second Nordstroms. Even if they don't have the wide width in store, they will order them for you if available. Also, their online store often lists wide width sizes.
