I asked my cousin to be MOH... UPDATED AT BOTTOM
I sent my cousin 1 dozen multi- colored roses with a note that says,
"Dear Meghan, Thank you for being not only my cousin but a cherished friend all through the years. Will you be my Maid of Honor? It would mean so much! Love, Chloe"
I guess they will be there when she gets home from work today. I hope she says yes (why do I feel nervous?)

I wish I would have thought of a creative way to ask the girls in my bridal party, but I was just so excited that were all together, and I just asked them all at once.

that was such a nice idea. I didn't do anything like that, and now I feel like i should have. I made it not so much a big deal, but it really is. Oh well, I'll make up for it at the RD!

I only did it because she lives in Connecticut and I can't ask her in person- plus I am only having MOH, no bridesmaids, so...
I have been in several weddings and I think it is fine just to ask!!

okay so i was freaking out because she didn't call me last night- i'm thinking 1)someone stole it off her doorstep or 2) omg she doesn't want to do it!!
but i emailed her this am- turns out she stayed in manhattan at her bf's last night- her roommate read her the card and she said yes!!
i am so relieved- that was scary!
