Invite Wording Help Needed ASAP

For the Church:

We are getting married at St. Anthony of Padua

Do I write it as:

Saint Anthony of Padua
Saint Anthony of Padua Church

St. Anthony of Padua
St. Anthony of Padua Church

Roman Catholic Church won't all fit... I can also make it R.C. Church

Ok... so maybe I am being a little pickey...

Re: Invite Wording Help Needed ASAP

I like St. Anthony of Padua

I don't know why but writing out Saint doesn't look right to me. However I was under the impression that everything should be written out.

I also don't like church written after, don't like the way it looks.
Sorry not much help.

Re: Invite Wording Help Needed ASAP

Just thought of something else. Why don't you write exactly what it says outside of the church and on their letterhead. My church is St. william the abbot and that is exactly what it says on their letterhead and building. I plan to write it just like that.

Re: Invite Wording Help Needed ASAP

Thanks for the advice!

It says Saint Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church outside... but Roman Catholic Church won't fit and I don't think I like the R.C. Church...

Re: Invite Wording Help Needed ASAP

I would go with St. Anthony Padua R.C. Church. If u really don't like the R.C. then just put St. Anthony of Padua.

I put St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church

Re: Invite Wording Help Needed ASAP

Instead of R.C. Church, you can just put R.C.C. I've seen it done many times. I'm sure others have too, they'll know what it is. Don't worry so much (easier said than done)! Btw, I like St. better than Saint.
