Whats a good thing to do when you're like, out of your mind, going crazy upset/mad?
Besides drinking a lot and trashing the house?
I need some suggestions.

I'm trying to think of what usually works for me...
Have a good cry
Take a long walk
Go shopping (new stuff makes me happy)
Listen to really loud music
Punch some pillows
Call a friend and vent.
Watch a movie and lose yourself in it.

I blst some classic disco and clean the house. I always feel better- or I go out and buy something that I have been obsessing over.

Actually between the $$ from my tax return, my birthdya $$ and my first paycheck I can afford the LV bag I wanted. Maybe I should go buy it...you're supposed to blow your first paycheck at a new job on something frivolous, right?

agree. i find walking works best for me too, or going to the gym for a full workout, second would be to cry, third to shop for something you don't need.

Yesterday FH put me in a really bad mood when he woke up so I took a really long drive out east by myself. IT was an awesome day to do it too.
