Yes...I go to the gym right after work so I leve it on. I don't lift heavy weights or anything like that...I just take the classes so the ring is fine.

I work in a lab, and so whenever I do experiments (and also when I go to the gym) I loop my ring around a very sturdy chain around my neck. I have a diamond heart pendant on the chain that very nicely compliments my ring! I figure if you're working with weights or do work with your hands, its better that you don't take chances with your ring.

WHen I used to go I always did. Everything I used had padded handles, so it was ok. I've worn it all over. On all the rides at disney, including the waterpark_ the shark reef and the wave pool. I wore it to the beach (with a lit of ocean swimming) in Ft. Lauderdale. it fits really well, so I wear it everywhere

i wear it to the gym, i really only use the passed weights or the natilus machines. only time i take it off is to go to bed and in the shower

If I come straight from work I leave it on becuase I dont like leaving it in the locker room, but on the weekends when i am coming from my house I leave it off.

If you are working with weights whether they are free weights or machines, it is best to wear gloves in order to avoid callouses. They would also allow you to preserve your ring as well. Not to mention wearing a ring might keep the sleazy gym rats away from you. I know there are tons of those guys in the gym.

I only wear it if I am coming right from work. I refuse to leave it in the locker or in my car. If I am home and go, then it stays on the ring stand.

No, I don't wear it to the gym...I'm so afraid of it falling off (it's only a tiny bit loose on me). I usually don't bring it with me, but if I do, I take it off before I get inside, hide it in my purse and lock it up! I don't want it to get stolen!
