I would say Ebay or Barrons.. They are both really great.. Just some advice on a seller on ebay I still havent gotten the veil I won from them for my FSIL wedding. The name is veriousveils.. Stay clear of them. I put in a complaint and pay pal is trying to get my $ back... Good luck

Wouldnt you have to or want to try it on first to see how you like it and the way it looks?

I knew what I wanted for both the veil and tiara and did a search for the details and found what I wanted for both.  It helps to try them on so you can see how they will look on you and you can do that locally - Patchogue Floral has a HUGE selection as does barons in Tri-County.
