How much $ to spend on 1st bday present
My cousin is throwing a 1st bday party for her daughter. Just curious what was a typical amount to spend on a present and any ideas of what to get?

i spent 75 on my half sister back in septmeber, but if she wasn't my sister, probably like 30$. i'm not rolling in dough, so that's my limit.

I spent about $100 on my nephew but thats b/c hes my only nephew and I wanted to spoil him a little!
For my son's first birthday was at my MIL's house and most of DH's cousins spent about $50 no more then that.
