Doing our final walk through today!!
Cant believe it!! Then on Tuesday, the house is ours!!
We have so much to look at lol!! Need to make sure the toilets flush!! Make sure all the windows open, all the appliances work, all the dorrs lock, etc..
Any other suggestions we might forget?

Bring something small to plug in (like a hair dryer) to check and make sure all the outlets work.

Run all the water faucets in the kitchen and bathroom for at least a few minutes each. Look for leaks in the pipes.
And check the pipes for these faucets carefully. Just because you don't see water flying out of a pipe like crazy... doesnt mean you can't find a small water drip leaking down a pipe. Thats a sign of a leak as well (small leak.. but still a leak).

i was also told to fill the tub up with water a little bit then pull the plug to see how fast/slow it drains... if it drains reallllly slow, it might be an indication that the cesspool needs servicing.
