OMG .. vent re: mom
So I get an email from my mom just now saying how this one and that one cant wait to come to the wedding (ummm who said I was inviting them??  ) Then she goes on to tell me to add a few others on the list and that they told her they are going to show up with or without an invitation.... omg do i need security @ my wedding??

LOL oh man!! we just had this tonight, too!! apparently FHs uncle wants to bring some random 2 year old kid to our wedding?!?!? he has 2 step sons who are in their early 20s... apparently its one of their friends kids??? but FHs uncle and aunt watch her every weekend?? uh... yeah.. ok... just grow some balls and come out and say that its your step sons kid. and that he knocked up some girl and now we have to bring the baby to the wedding.,...." GRRR!!!! REDNECKS!!! do they not realize this is costing us money?!?!

I just cant believe how people think. I do not want alot of people at my wedding, thats MY choice. And to invite an extra 12 people just because my mom wants them there isn't really fair to me. I can't do anything about it now but I just had to vent. MOMS!!

This happened with DH's grandmother who lives in Puerto Rico. She received her invitation and apparently started inviting everybody in Puerto Rico that she knows. She sent a huge list of addresses to my MIL and we were like: "umm....we don't even know these people!"
