Can anyone here recommend an awesome hair stylist?? that would probably commute to the bx the day of???

My hairstylist is in Queens. She is great with updos. She might travel to the Bronx, but I'm not sure. Her name is Jeanne and her work number is 718 454-4700. Give her a call and ask her.

I went to Ultima in the Bronx ( Mosholu Ave. in Riverdale) small place. Very affordable as well.
Sylvia can do ANY style she's fantastic but I think you would have to go in person.

Ok ladies..I said it once, and I'll say it again,

I have the secret for cheap BEAUTIFUL updo's..she is my hairstylist and her name is Lori Miller. She used to work in my hair salon but they closed so she opened up her own freelance business and she is WONDERFUL!! She did my best friend's trial updo for FREE (my best friend just tipped her) and the "day of" hair was $50 or $60 (cant remember exactly)...but either way she is CHEAP in comparison to others.

Also my best friend used a woman named Gina who she met when she went for a trial at the Clinique counter in the Smith Haven Mall. She ended up doing freelance make-up as well and she charge $75 for BM's makeup and $100 for bride. she was awesome too!!! I know that we had to buy some of the makeup from the clinique counter that she used, but you can use whatever makeup you want to use.
