Song Suggestions for Anniversary Dance
Have seen this before, but not crazy about "Through the Years" and some of the others I've seen suggested, so I'm hoping for more ideas. Thanks

We are using Remember When for our wedding song. We both love it so much and for most of the song it suits both of us. We have been dating 12 years and have experienced a lot within each others lives.
But it would make the perfect anniversary song.

It's funny, we were at the appt. with the DJ the week before the wedding and hadn't picked the song. So I asked him to play "Through the Years" for DH because DH said he wasn't sure if he knew it. The Dj played about 4 notes when DH yelled, "No!!" The DJ and I started laughing and the DJ suggested Van Morrison. (no offense to any one using KR) The Van Morrison song was very fitting - the words seemed to fit for people who had been married a while.

My sentiments exactly. I don't begrudge anyone their right to use the song, in fact I think it might even be the song that my dad and his new wife have as their song, which would be yet another reason why I couldnt' use it. mY mom would have a cow!

I used the same song annie....I wanted to use for my wedding song cuz I love it but DH hates it so he compromised and suggested it for the anniversary dance...and it worked out well.
