I just came back from trying on my wedding gown and....
When I put the dress on I loved it!! But my boobs spill out over the top of the dress!!! ( I have big boobs) When I first tried the dress on that didnt happen. Do you think that it could be the type of bra I had on? The lady that was helping me told em that I should get a bra specially made for me. Do you think that would help? I am so agravated!!

Yea, I would trust the woman because she's probably had that happen to many of brides. Did she happen to mention exactly WHICH type of bra to get?

Bras that are made for you will definitely make some difference. You can also try getting a few different types, saving the receipt, and trying them on with the dress.

A bra will help. My cousin got married a few years ago, and when she tried on the dress for her last fitting, it was tight in the chest area. The seamstress told her that they made it a little tight because it will strech a little during the day- I don't know it that was the truth or a lie to make up for bad workmanship.

Re: I just came back from trying on my wedding gown and....
It was most likely the bra. I ordered my dress about a month ago and it fits perfect (the sample). but when I first came out of the dressing room my boobs were so freekin high and spilling over. I did not like that feeling at all. She gave me a bra with some kind of padding in it. So I asked the girl for the bra that I have used before and tried the dress on again and then there was no problems. It fit just like I remembered.

Im am sooo afraid this will be my problem...and I LOOOOVE MY DRESS..but it was sizes to small so i had to trust the woman i ordered fromt that i wont be falling out of the one that fits me. Now my question is....WHERE does one got to get a speciallty bra made for them..AND how long does that take??????????? but from experience...deffinately try on a few different bras with it....they can make ALL the difference!

I was told to go to Marys corsettires (sp?) Its in Woodbury. If you want the phone # just FM me. I dont know who long it takes but the woman at the bridal shop told me that it would cost me a pretty penny. But I dont mind paying it if it will work
