...my computer is so slow. What program can I run to remove a virus or check?

You can try spybot or else there is a program on the yahoo toolbar (both free).

If you go to the Semantic/ Norton's site, you can have it check your computer directly. I have used it in the past and it tells you if there is anything there and if there is, sometimes they have free things to fix it, or will tell you how to fix it.
