Thinking of making my WW diet dairy focused . . .

I am going to try to alot at least half of my daily points allowance to dairy- skim milk, ff yogurt, light cheeses . . . With all the hype about dairy aiding in weight loss, I think this might help . . .

Re: Thinking of making my WW diet dairy focused . . .

I think dairy is a good addition to any diet. I've heard that it helps metabolism, and I've also heard that it works against it. I believe that it helps a lot. I'm very into nutrition, and exercise, and I find that fat-free or low-fat dairy is fine. I eat a lot of Friendship no salt added cottage cheese, along with fat-free ricotta (I make sandwichs out of them), and also Fage Greek Yogurt from Trader Joe's.
