So, being that I am so BORED, let me tell you how FAT I AM!
I was diagnosed with underactive thyroid last summer, and have managed to pack on another 10 pounds since, totaling a whopping 22 pounds since FI and I started dating.
Funny thing is....NO ONE HAS NOTICED!
Ok, I know I am not insane, but I HAVE gained this weight. I went to a weight management doctor and he said I need to cut my calories, really? I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and the good thing is that I have 10 pounds more muscle than the average person my size.
So, now I have to lose 15 pounds, and I am not so into counting calories. I am a size 8 normally, 6 if I'm having a good day, 10 if I'm not. And the scale ranges 3-5 pounds on any given day.
I have another appointment with an endocrinologist, but not until May 31...sheesh!
Anyway, so I coughed up 200 bucks to be told what I already know.
Any advice on cutting calories? I do not eat sweets, except for the occasional mini reeces cups. I have a big salt tooth though.
I have told my personal trainer how much I weigh and she was completely shocked! My FBIL is a trainer too and his guess was 15 pounds under. This naturally made me feel good.
Thanks for letting me share, and I would love any suggestions.
Oh, and please reply before I take my giant arse to the gym at 4!

my suggestions would be to change any drinks to water - that cuts out A LOT . . .
eat a ton of fruits and veggies (they make you really full and you can eat a lot of them) . . .
and just eat whatever you want while keeping portion sizes small... it's easier to do that they go on a crazy diet.

It's so funny because people tell me all the time about water. ALL I DRINK IS WATER!! Except for my morning coffee and the 2 glasses of milk that's supposed to help you lose weight.
I feel like if I drank soda and stopped I would lose weight, but now I am at a disadvantage cuz I don't!
