NWR: Nervous about phone screen tomorrow
So I hate my job...no ifs ands or buts about it. A recruiter contacted me the other day about a compensation position. I was previously in that area but as an associate. Long story short I would like to go back and build my career in that area and on top this position is in LI! Extra plus!!! So the recruiter calls this morning and says that the person I will be speaking to expressed that they are looking for someone who has experience with analysis sheets.   I'm not quite sure what that is...possible that we all just use different terms but now I am all nervous. I really want this job. 
Sorry...just had to get that out....so nervous.

I used to do comp. and I've never heard of analysis sheets.
Maybe that's just the term they use for salary budget or increase analysis you'd do in excel. You may want to ask the recruiter.

I Googled it too- and got analysis sheets for all kinds of things. I don't know anything about Compensation Analysis, but could it be a general term for any kind of comparison?
Hmm...DO you know anyone in that field who you could ask? Maybe call the temp agency and ask anonymously?

what they are asking could be re Excel, i would ask THEM to clarify that when u speak to them

Thanks everyone....my first reaction when I was on the phone with the recruiter is that this must be the company's own term....so fortunately I remained calm. But afterwards I got nervous.
Thank you all for calming down and thanks for the opinions on what it might be...I needed that!
I get my self all worked up when I want something so bad. I'm a nut.

You will be fine. What's the worst that can happen? You may be perfect for the position in every way and the strongest candidate they have! Stay positive. Even if you don't know that part of the job, it may be something you can adapt from what you already know.
