Flower Stuff: National Florist Wholesale in Bellmore and Flower Michelle Yesterday
Went to Flower Michelle last night and John was amazing. I have finally decided on my total floral design (can you believe it?). Half of this is because of John's creativitiy. I got to take home Bacara roses and fell in love!
I'm going with hot pink tulips for centerpieces in square bowls and clear marble stones and votives around.
I'l be carrying a bo-k of black bacara roses and the girls will be carrying bacara roses and hot pink tulips. All guys in the bacara and moms/dads/family with Sahara roses (tho, mom fell in love with "latin lady"?)
I also went to National Florist Wholesale in Bellmore today - and got a beautiful dozen roses and a few "sample" roses to take home (thus, my mom is in love with "Latin Lady")
They were really nice - price was pretty good. I suggest you all to check them out!

Yeaaaaa leese!!! You finally made a decision on the never ending flower dilemma  THose roses are absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I have some of them in my bok also...I love the addition of hot pink...They will really stand out in pictures & add such a contrast to FT ballroom!!!

I am using national florist for my flowers they were so nice when I went there a couple of months ago! I am glad you have your floral scheme finalized!

Thanks - I know I drove everyone crazy. John from Flower Michelle ironed it all out for me. national florist was great in giving me a good price for them and putting me at ease.
I am just glad that I know what types of flowers I am using and what my color scheme is going to be - totally different from what I first thought I would be doing (except for the tulips - that's what i've ALWAYS wanted to use)..but very "me".
The dark red and purple combination is striking (the bacara has purple undertones) and the pink tulips will really brighten things up without being "too pink"!
Very excited!

if they're not too complicated, can't you purchase them from National Florist and have someone do them for you (creative mom, aunt, friend) I thought you could order JUST flowers from National?
