Do most people buy stuff off the registry for the shower??
I thought this was the case-- but I have been checking my registry and my shower is TOMORROW... not a whole hell of a lot has moved-- not 60 people's worth anyway!

I would say about 80% of the gifts I got at my shower on Sunday were from the registry....

I received alot of the things off the registry. The only problem was that they weren't taken off the list. I don't know if it was the guests fault, or the stores.

People shop at the last minute believe it or not! I got a lot of things that were purchased the day of my shower!

You know - I wondered about that too. My shower is not for a while yet, but for cryin out, not a lot of stuff has moved off mine at all. Hopefully the people coming to your shower are like the people coming to mine - last minute shoppers. Have fun anyway!

I thought the registry was for your shower gifts/engagement gifts. You would be VERY surprised how many people wait till the last minute to get a gift. I am sure your list will change by the end of today. I hope you get everything you wanted.
