If I give a bottle of wine as a favor (Pugliese) is that enough?

I'm trying to cut costs and wanted to do a bottle of wine per couple with a heart bottle stopper in a little organza puch...but am now thinking of just doing the bottle (it would be Pugliese)...can you please share if you think a bottle is enough or if I should spend the extra money for the bottle and the stopper?

Thanks much!

ETA: Also, is Pugliese a "good" favor or will my guests think it's cheap? I know nothing about LI wine (or wine in general) but I do love to drink and so does fi so liquor has special meaning to us snd I love that they hand paint the names and date on the bottle. Would you like that as a favor or would you toss it?

Sorry for all the questions...you ladies are life savers!

I think giving a full bottle of wine is plenty. If you are trying to cut costs, forget the stopper

I think a bottle of wine is a very generous favor - and while I'm no wine expert, I think the Pugliese wine is great!
