I have my first BUFF BRIDES training session at NYSC tonight!! - I just got home!
Wish me luck!! I signed up for the program yesterday. I'll probably be sore for the next 3 days!
So, I just got home. Wow - I am totally exhausted. I don't think I have ever worked out that hard! I am going to be sore for days......
I hope this works!!!
