Hi my name is Cheryl... and I have a serious addiction I MUST BREAK!!
I have a really bad addiction to Starbucks...
Everyday I get a Grande Soy Latte (I'm lactose intolerant) not only is it $4.40  for the cup of coffee it's 210 calories and 6 grams of fat!
Can someone help me break my habit??
I mean it's SO BAD that the people who work in the 17th St. Starbucks know me!  Not to mention I spend like $440 a month on coffee

I know!! I'm so pathetic.
not pathetic, it is something that the world is dealing with right now..starbucks addictions.. it is hard, I was up to $5.03 a day...then I had to take a step back and say like any great thing in life..this is a treat, not something for everyday occurance. So I TGIF it with my starbucks...once a week..

I know... now that I think of it... its more than our payment too.
OK- So to snap out of this BAD habit--
Besides coffe and soda... what else has caffene and doesn't have any dairy??

I love starbucks myself but i have not gone there in a while i been going to 7 11 now they have french toast cappachino! yummy.
