Re: Can I have your best baked ziti recipe?
i mix ricotta cheese (small container) with shredded mozz, salt and pepper, into a bowl with a beaten egg. i boil ziti with some oil, then drain. i spread sauce in a baking pan, throw in some noodles, some cheese some more sauce, mix, then more noodles, more cheese, mix, toss some more sauce on top and some more shredded cheese and bake covered with foil for about 25 minutes!

Re: Can I have your best baked ziti recipe?
1 boz ziti 15 or 16 oz of ricotta cheese 1 lb of mozzarella (fresh tastes AWESOME) 1 jar of sauce (or homemade) 1/2 c parm cheese
cook pasta heat sauce drain pasta, add sauce, parm cheese & ricotta put in baking pan, layer the top with mozzarella (sometimes I put some mozz mixed in with the pasta too) bake at 350 until cheese melts
nice and easy and yummy!
