6-day Body makeover book really works
Hey Girls,
I just wanted to let you all know that the 6-Day Body Makeover really works!
The author is the fitness trainer on the Reality TV show Extreme Makeover.
The book has helpful recipes, menus, & tons of exercises.
It's a great way to slim down in a short amount of time
