No, I really wouldnt recommend it. That would mean either removing or adding a stone and altering the ring itself.

They put balls on the inside of mine to make it fit. It was either that or remove a diamond. No way I said!!

No! And even if you find a jeweler that will, I'd find another because you defintely shouldn't. That's why eternity bands should always be custom made.
