I am REALLY livid over experience with online Bridal Gown dealer!!!

I attemepted to order two garments from a very popular online bridal store. They gave me a quote- and then I attempted to order online- through email- after almost 2 weeks of trying to get a response from a particular "customer service" rep, she said that she refused my order because I didn't order the other BM dresses from them**** AFTER the wench took MY credit card info and gave me a friggin quote and sent me an order form- her response was so rude! All of a sudden she just asks if I had other BMs and if I ordered their dresses there- why does it matter- I wanted to purchase two which would have been a $450 sale for them, what difference did it make- and why did it take so long for her to come up with this BS, on to of it ALL this woman has my Credit Card info just lieing around on her computer!!!!!!? If anyone would like info on this dealer please FM.

Thats really rude of her. I think you should have called and complained to management. There is no reason why she should have cancelled your order because you were not ordering other dresses from them, really its none of their business if you had more BM or not!!!
