This whole Morning Sickness thing..Updated at bottom

is bittersweet....I had it so bad 24/7 for 3 weeks I couldn't function.. I hated it - wished it gone - complained ALL the time. Then, Thursday...it disappeared! I was SO SO scared! I called the doctor Thursday AND Friday to make sure I was fine...they just said I'm at that point when it should go away and consider myself lucky. But the weird thing is...I miss it now!!! It was like my badge of pregnancy!!

That's funny and I hear it alot from women who had M/S that went away. I never had it though so I didn't get "attached" to it!

I still have it, in week 15 and I would do anything for it to go away!! Don't worry, that belly will soon emerge and you'll have your reminder!!!

I felt the same way. I had m/s from week 5 to week 13 and then all of a sudden it was gone. I felt as if something must have happened.

I am in the end of my 10th week now and I can PINPOINT the day it started...1/31. Every single day from AM to PM. It is a little scary to feel so OK now I can't WAIT until I can feel him or her!!! My next sono is 3/17 and I when I called the dr yesterday I begged to have one sooner. They know how neurotic I am so they pretty much just told me to relax. I don't think I'll be 100% relieved until then though!!!

I am so ill in week 13 it is not even funny. My eye vessel popped because of all the vomiting. Every single night.... Ugh, I would love to feel like this went away.

You're FINE! I've done so much reading on this, and they say the m/s should start to subside anywhere from your 9th to 12th week (though some unlucky women experience it throughout the whole pregnancy). I know you miss it as your badge, but now that you feel better, you should take this time to start eating a little better for the baby now that you can! I'm still getting sick here and there, but generally, I'm having so many more good days than bad, and we're due right around the same time, so I wouldn't worry too much! Remember, every woman's body is different, and every reaches their hormone peak and different times, AND, the everyone's little bean starts relying on the placenta at different times. It probably just means your hormones peaked and your little "frog" has started depending now more on it's little placenta, which means all is going REALLY well in terms of development!

So, I just got back from the dr - I couldn't take the anxiety!! Everything is perfect - he did a quick sono and the heartbeat was great!!!
