Has anyone thought of what type of wedding band they want?

How much do you think you are going to spend? Is anyone have a set budget and can only spend a certain amount?

I have seen a couple of bands and want to spend around $2K, however it seems the bands I like are more money than that.

FH has mine...When he custom designed my engagement ring, he had the wedding band to match...Unfortunately he will not let me see it until the wedding day...He wants it to be a surprise...He has told me what it looks like though

I have mine also. Fh bought the e-ring and band as a set. He knew that was what I wanted. We went this weekend to look at bands for him. I am really surprised by some of the things he liked! A tri-colored wedding band??? Okay!

With the e-ring I have, I am going to have to have one made. I am hoping it won't cost me an arm and a leg! But I want it to match the band in my e-ring...

Fh told me he wanted a titanium ring.. I don't know...

We want to get one with small round stones on the front. We will probably have to get it made to fit the engagement ring.

Are you all going to get matching rings? Is it ok to have different rings? I don't really know anything aboutthe ring ettiquete.

Our rings are definitely going to be different. I have a white gold band with 5 diamonds. He wants a plain-ish ring....no diamonds. He isn't sure what type of gold he wants yet.

I want my wedding band to match my e-ring setting...
my FH wants a plain white gold band....

We've looked...we just have to go and buy....but not for a while!

Ultimately I want a diamond wedding band. My faith does not permit to me to get married in a band with holes so a diamond band is not an option. For the ceremony, I am borrowing my sisters solid yellow gold band (for something borrowed). I am going to buy a plain solid band in either platinum or white gold to coordinate with my E-ring. After the ceremony I will switch rings. I will also wait until an anniversary when FH will eventually buy a diamond band to match/coordinate with my e-ring. Sounds complicated but its ok with me.
