Sort of wedding related: Tae Bo
I used to have a Tae bo tape and it has disappeared to Lord only knows where. I'm currently doing the Body for Life challenge and need to extreme aerobics for 20-30 minutes and was wondering if people could point me in the right direction in regards to their favorite tae-bo. Does Billy only do 1 hour tapes? TIA

I believe his beginners tape is only 20-30 minutes, its still a good workout though

The Tae BO that I do is a 25 minute workout and it is awesome. It is the first tape that he came out with (not including the instructional, although they are usually sold together)
