OMG!! i just witnessed a little jack russell get hit by a car!!!
Im still shaking!!! I was driving home from the laundromat when I see this little jack russell run into traffic on the oppposite side of the street. Now LB streets arent that wide so I could see everything. The car going the other was slams in to this poor little thng- never saw him- BUT NEVER STOPPED!!!!!! I mean you dont know when you hit a small DOG!!! and even if you werent sure, you dont look in your rearview mirror!!!! the fuc^ing nerve of people!! I start screaming to myself and pull over the next place I could. I start running towards where it happened. three other girls witnessed it also.
Now were trying to find the dog because its not in the street which means it was thrown somewhere or ran... SO were searching the street and we finally see the poor little thing moving inthe snow on the side street.
The owners friend comes out- mind you they are young Long Beach guys who look like they just GOT HOME from the bar and we are trying to tell him what happened. the guy tries to pick up the dog but the little pumpkin growled at him so he went to get the owner- his friend.
they were so calm and they're like he'll be ok..
I told them I witnessed it and he got hit pretty hard and you should take him to the vet to make sure he doesnt have any internal injuries... I hope they really do take that little pumpkin to the vet...I was so upset I didnt get the license plate but it happened so fast!!!!

It's nice to know that there are people out there that care.
people are so cruel. I mean it wasnt the drivers fault that they hit him. the little peanut ran out into incmoing traffic. But not even to STOP? I would have felt awful if I didnt stop and see if he was ok or if there was anything I could do... Like I said hopefully those boys take him to the vet!!!

i think he ran out of the house.. the way LB is set up, the houses are very close and the main street isnt far away... he was a fast little thing too and I saw the guy looking for him outside so I have to give them credit for that... but thats it!

Awwww, poor little puppy! I hope hes ok.
I would of been so upset if I saw that too.
I did witness a dog get hit back when I was in jr high. It was a larger dog and he rolled over 3times after getting hit. I screamed!
It was terrible to see but luckily the dog got up and he was ok.
Hope puppy is ok.

OMG!!!! that is my worst nightmare to be driving and an animal comes running into the street would I have time to stop and god forbid I did hit , I would def stop. I am sooo sad reading this. I have had so many kitties get run over and no one stops! I will say a little prayer for poor little jack russell. that is soo horrible , my stomach hurts now.
