I'm totally not into the male stripper thing. I know I'm weird just never found those type of guys attractive.

Not sure yet as MOH lives OOT and has a small baby it's difficult for her to get down here.

I'd like to do:

spa day
Broadway show and dinner (really not much more than a spa day
Scrapbooking party- most of my friends have kids and they never get to put their pics in albums

Can you tell I'm just not into the late nights anymore

I don't like the idea of a stripper either. I asked my BP that we since I moved to NC and the bach party will be in NY that we start at one of the BM's houses and then head into the city and go to all of our old stomping grounds (Down the Hatch, Coyote Ugly, etc.) I am sure we will have a blast!!!

Wow--the scrapbook party is a great idea for a group where most people have kids and/or are married!! I usually love a wild time, and I am always up for a late night out but I am a scrapbooker, so that would work for me. I have so much "scrapping" that I want to do! I wonder if the idea would work with my group. Some people would find it odd, but who really cares!!!

Even though I love scrapping, I have never bene to a party. Can someone tell me what is involved?

we are going to medievel times in NJ this Saturday for dinner and a show.

I didn't want anything big and i'm not really into strippers-so we talked about it and decided on Medievel times-

Besides, FH and I have 2 daughters (6 and 5 yrs old) and they would LOVE IT-so they were a big part of the deciding factor.

Planning on going to Virginia Beach for 4-5 days. My BM in-laws have a house there on the beach. Just want to relax with the girls and soak up the sun before the big day.

Not sure yet. I was thinking Montauk or something that involves a beach related weekend. Not really into the stripper thing either. Virginia Beach sound fun!!! Didn't even think about that!!!!

We went to Mangia e Bevi and Hunkamania for mine and for my MOH and one of my friends (joint bparty) we're going to Atlantic City for the night.

My bridal party threw me a party at Bowlmor lanes in the City (this was pre-scandal of course) two days before my wedding ... it was fun and the food was fantastic if you can believe it. We were not in the position to do anything outside of the NYC area or at another time other than the wedding weekend ... my bridal party was older and had kids and/or lived way out of state.

We took my FH's sister to the city this past Saturday night for her bachelorette party, and had a blast. We had dinner at East of Eighth, a great restaurant in Chelsea, then went over to the Gotham Comedy Club. The opening comic made 3/4 of his act about our bride! (They always ask if anyone is celebrating anything). I couldn't have planned it better. Then we danced the night away at (I know this is soooo cliche, but who cares?) Culture Club. It was really a fun night.

As for me, I think Mohegan Sun sounds great...I'm going to see if I can get my sister (who's my MOH) into the idea.

the girls are mostly likely putting together a bar crawl game relating bars to guys I dated in the past....not really sure! I just want to go out on the town as a single woman one last time.

i'm not sure...different ideas have been discussed..spa, broadway show, culture club...who knows? we'lll have fun though!!!!

I would like to have a weekend Hampton's go out partying thing. On a sunny Saturday, we can go out to lunch with the moms around here and then head out to the Hamptons and party all night long!! Then on Sunday the guys come and meet us at the Bordey Barn!! But when I mentioned it, I was being too controling so I can only hope for the best!!!!!!

mine was in the summer so we went on a criuse out of freeport on the nautical princess. it wa so much fun the waiters put on a stip tease show there was alot of dancing and drinking

I want to go on a dinner cruise around NYC. The food, dancing and view would be great!

Also, something different. I heard of a broadway show called Naked man singing. It got some pretty good reviews.

We're heading out to Montauk for the weekend. My friend's father has a place out there and generously offered us to stay there. We'll probably do dinner and a beach bar Fri. night, then hang out on the beach Sat. day, then take cabs into E. Hampton Sat. night to go clubbing. I can't wait!
