Because I'm such a DORK, I just called the local sushi place I love and they said yes!!!! - they would make brown rice sushi, but only if you're ordering pieces - not if you're getting all you can eat sushi - which is why we love that place!!!!

Hama in Plainview has it. And its yummy. They are on the corner of Old Counrty rd and Manetto Hill in the shopping center with Hollywood Video (or maybe its a Blockbuster)

In Long Beach - Yummy Yummy (that's the name of the place) - it's an AWESOME DEAL!!

There is an all you can eat sushi place on Glen Cove rd in Westbury called Minado. Its great if you love sushi. Soooooooo much to choose from

There is an awesome sushi place in Babylon Village where we get it with brown rice. It actually is so much lighter, but it does fall apart easier. Still so yummy!

I've been to Minado - this is SO much better. Made to order!! You just keep ordering off the menus and they just keep making it and bringing it to you!!!
