There is Fontana Bridal in Scarsdale and Huose of Botticelli in Bronxville I believe.

I live in Westchester but I haven't looked for a tiara and veil yet  . Just and FYI Fontana and House of Botchelli are very ritzy. I live 2 mins from House of Botchelli. So if you are looking for a bargain you will not find it there. I will probably look for mine in LI.
