What do you think married life will be like??

I hope it will be fun!! I know its hard work but I am so excited to be married.

Just wanted to know what everyone else thought...

I have no idea....FH and I live together now and I love it. I hope nothing changes

we don't live together now...but we're together ALL the time...I spend the weekends at his place and I go straight to his house when I get home from work...I can only hope that it's like how it is now...just without me having to leave to go into my own bed on the weekdays

FH and I also live together, so I doubt much will change. We don't forsee being in a house until he finishes school around 2007 -- then we'll really be married.

FH and I both have our own apartments, but I spend weekends and a couple of times a week he cooks dinner at his place. Married life will be nice because I love sleeping in the same bed as him, and I sleep so much better with him there.

Plus all our animals live at his house, so it will be nice for the whole 'family' to be together.

I don't think it will be much different than it is now, since we live together. I agree that waking up with him and sleeping with him is amazing. FI was in the hospital in December for 4 nights and I hated coming home and sleeping alone.

Honestly, I think it will be exactly the same only we will be living together. People say marriage changes everything, but I don't think so. We'll still be the same 2 people, still be soul mates, still be perfect for each other, only we'll have a paper that says so.

Honestly I am looking forward to it & wish it was here now....FH & I only see each other Friday-Sunday, so it will be amazing to know that when he gets home from work he will be coming home to me! I know it is hard work & there will be fights, but that is every relationship!

We live together so I don't think there will be much of a difference. But, I will say that when we first started living together -- there was a definite adjustment period. He's a slob, I'm a neat freak!!!

But, once we compromised (i.e., he learned to pick up after himself ), it's been great!!

I dont think it will be a smooth ride in every step of the way. But i know that I will have a lot of support from my FH in almost everything that I do. I think it will be rough in the beginning because we will now own our second home and even though we live together things will be different b/c we will have more bills.

I dont think much will change since we have been living together for 3 years. I am sure when we get a house things will change a little.

I think its going to be absolutely wonderful. Like what we have now but even BETTER!!

Hey everyone...I kinda have an "in" on this side as I was married once (for a short amount of time)...at that point we both never lived out of our parent's house, but we saw e/o 7 days a week & just went home at night.

I do have to say it is an adjustment. I got so caught up in the wedding day details, I forgot about what really mattered. I think after the wedding I was disillusioned. We bought a house a month b4 the wedding & after the honeymoon, I was very disappointed. I thought it was going to be magical and happy and great, but instead it was a lot of compromise, work and communication.

I'm not trying to be a downer here, I'm just saying it takes a lot of work & to discuss your expectations beforehand (ESPECIALLY for those of you NOT living together). Looking back I think things would have been different if we lived together or discussed little things like who would do what chores, who would handle bills, how we'd handle seeing friends, etc.

I'm on the verge of being engaged now & feel like I know what to expect and I cannot wait!!!

I wish you all nothing but the best guys, but don't get caught up in just the wedding DAY.
