Any first trimester mommies wake up in the middle of the night........
STARVING.....like they haven't eaten in years? Do you get up and eat something or try and go back to bed?

I feel like that most of the day
During the night it doesn't happen so badly. I do wake up with a very empty feeling and my stomach kind of growling. I keep crackers by my bed and if I eat just one or two I feel much better and can fall back to sleep....DH is ready to kill me

Ugh! Did you see my other post?? I am STARVING like I haven't eaten in DAYS 24/7! I am finding out that if I eat small small meals, like a grapes and oranges and cereal throughout the day, about every 2 hours, that it's not as PAINFUL of a hunger. But let me tell you - 4AM hits and I am STARVING. I hope it goes away soon!

I am in my third trimester now, but I still remember those days! I would wake up at 3am and eat bread cause I was starving and knew that carbs would stay down for sure, while anything else was increadibly iffy!

I woke up all the time and had a PB & J sandwich with a big glass of milk, if you need to eat, EAT! Your body needs it if it is waking you up out of a sleep, your baby is growing!!!

Yes! Oh Yes! I am always eating and hungry throughout the day. I always thought I wouldnt be one of the women who hgains a lot but now I am like, how am I going to keep it to just 35 ibs? Last night at 5 am I woke up and ate a whole container of lowfat cottage cheese. A whole container!!!!!

Be happy that it's a container of cottage cheese and not a box of cookies (i've done that before!!)

Yes, unfortunately. My appetite really hasn't gotten that big yet, but for some reason, I keep waking up with my tummy growling at like 4 am.

every day like clock work 3:15 am i am up and famished... i am trying not to eat too much during the night but then i cant go back to sleep if my belly is growling!
