Tall girls wearing flats or low heels...Post your shoes, Please
I'm about an inch taller than my fiance and i need to find flats or super low heels. I have no idea what to look for since I'm so used to wearing a bit of a heel.
Give me some ideas girls

O.k. it may seem stupid to some of you but my fiance and I are also the same height and I DO NOT want to be taller than him. I figure NOONE is going to inspect my feet, so here are my slippers..

My DH is about 8" taller than me but for the sake of being comfortable I wore slippers like what Amy posted and LOVED it!! I even wore them for the ceremony!

I am 5 ft 8 inches tall and FH is 6ft so no matter what I wear, he will be taller than me. I never wore heels. I hate them. They make me crankier than I am in my normal state. I would love to wear sneakers if I thought I could get away with it. Id love to get a pair of plain canvas sneakers and get loose with some ribbons, crystals and a glue gun. I refuse to be a slave to fashion on that day and be miserable. When you have hammer toes and high arches, shoes can be excruciating.

LOL, see I'm the opposite. I can play basketball and chase after new york city taxi cabs in my 8 inch heels.

These were the shoes i got too!!! My DH is actually much taller then me but i can only handle heels for so long. I wore ballet slippers for the whole reception and thank god i did because i danced and danced and danced.....i wish i could find a pair that was not white!!!

I wore ballet slippers similar to these, but w/o the bows. I got them from Yahoo shopping. They cost about $30.

I'm not tall (5'2") but I wanted to have low shoes because FH is about 5'8 (normally I wear the highest heels I can find) but I wanted to be shorter than him to make him feel really tall. Here are my shoes:

Ohh, I love those!!! They are so cute!
I don't know what I am going to do. I am about the same height as my FH and I normally wear pretty high heels. I just feel taller, thinner and prettier in them!
I don't have a problem with being taller than him, and neither does he, but my MOTHER does! She keeps saying how bad he will feel if I am towering over him at our wedding.
