SilverFox or Twelfth Night (reposted from BHB)
I'm trying to decide between SilverFox and Twelfth Night -- does anyone have any opinions????
Basically SilverFox is more expensive, but I LOVE their work and since one of my BMs used them and has nothing but excellent things to say about them they were my first choice.
Here's thier package: 2 photographers for up to 12 hours 30 prints (4x6, 5x7, or 8x10s) of our choice free all are proofs printed all images on CD for us to print, etc. . .
Ultimately I think 12th Night offers a basically comparable package for about $700 less.
But here's their actual package: 8 hours (main photog) 4 hours (photojournalist) all images on CD for us to print, etc. . . engagement portrait
Their albums are totally comprable, but we're not dealing with that yet.
Any thoughts appreciated -- especially from other 12th Night brides!

I booked 12th Night wihtout any hesitation - their style was exactly was I was looking for and I liked the personal attention...it is essentially a small photography business, not a large studio - love everything about it!
Good luck!

Same here - loved twlefth night! Dom the owner was so cool and we clicked. Also loved the fact that it was digital and we get all pictures on CD and that we can make the albums after and not pay upfront for them.
Here are some great 12th Night proofs from another bride:
Set One: Getting Ready, First time seeing each other, pictures at Central Park, etc.
Set Two: More pics at park, at the NY Public Library, and the Ceremony
Set three: More ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

We booked Silverfox and have been very happy with them so far. We had our engagement pics done with them back in July and loved the way they came out. There is a few brides who just used them and posted their reviews and proofs on the brides review board. You should check them out.
