we are going to Mama Lombardi's for dinner on saturday night, since we are getting married at the Villa, and then spending a romantic night at the Holiday Inn!!

I am sorry i am not a fan of v-day.....
we are probably going to exchange cards and who knows what else. I dont like to put to much pressure on this holiday.

Ugg...its monday...its on an icky nite....we might celebrate early...and go out eaither sunday for brunch or sat nite....

I have never liked Valentines's day. So for our 1st valentine's, FI surprised me by making me dinner (Chicken parm & fresh mozzarella salad- my fav!) and then we danced in the house. This has become tradition. We don't exchange gifts. Just cards. I love it because we are doing something romantic without the crowds! And this year especially, without the expense!

We're celebrating next Saturday because I have class until 10pm on Monday nights. We're going to cook dinner, last year we picked an elaborate three course recipe - and had so much fun cooking it.

Oh my gosh I'm so sorry that sounded really bad. I'm not going to be in the hospital, I will be rotating at a hospital there for an elective. Misunderstanding

Valentine's Day always gets blended into my birthday celebration - bday is the 12th, vday is the 14th....
This year, we're going to see Movin' Out on Friday night and having birthday dinner/party with my family on Saturday. I'm sure Monday will just be a couch day.

Me too - my birthday is on the 13th. This year, I get nothing! FI is moving to Albany on Sunday for 6 months in the NYS Trooper Academy  . Plus we got engaged on V-Day - so I'm a big time loser this year!
We are going to the Crescent Club for dinner on Friday night though - so I'm totally looking forward to that.
BTW - Shorty - you know Kip is training to be a cage fighter....love your pic!!!

You have no idea how serious I am. FH watches every pro and NCAA football game he can. He also plays football in a bar league in Manhattan. To top it all off, he is involved in a hardcore cross-country Fantasy Football League. He takes it so seriously that he and all of his friends go to Vegas for their draft picks. Because I lose him on Sundays and Saturdays all season, he does give me an extra day during the week to spend time. However, I DO look forward to reclaiming my social life and not having him come home smelling like MAN on Saturdays.

Well I work a 2nd job on the weekend at restaurant ....i might get stuck working  trying to get out of it because we made plans to go to Casa Rustica.....then back home so I am still up in the air ... hope that everyone has a wonderful time with what ever your doing
