Color of wedding album
I have only made a few posts during wedding planning but I need help!
What color are most people choosing for the cover of the wedding album and parent albums? I thought white with names written in silver, but my husband says that is cheesy....I need to make a decision. The photographer is a family member so we never really sat down with them to see what was available, just did the major things like put in our proof selections and choose the songs for the video. I would like any input you have. thanks

I think we're probably going with a dark brown leather or maybe black leather.

We are using black leather for our album with silver writing but I don't know what the parents albums will look like.

I am using black leather too. White is going to get dirty after time from everyone looking at your album.

Even though I like how black looks, we are very traditional and will probably go with white with silver writing. I just have trouble putting wedding pics in a black album, but that's JMHO. It looks beautiful that way though!

We chose maroon for ours (w/gold lettering), since it's kind of an autumn color, and we were married in Oct. My mom definitey wanted white w/gold letters. IL's got sand w/gold letters. They all came out really great!!!

Black Leather....I would never go with white, it will get ruined over the years!! It'll get all dirty no matter what care you take care of it!! JMO..

I am probably going with black leather...just be careful that if you decide to choose white that the silver writing will contrast enough with the white. Gold writing may contrast better with white. You should check and see a sample if you're undecided.

We went with dark gray with silver writing.
Also on the inside we chose an off white mat to go around the picture. I wished we would have chose a darker one so I wouldn't be checking for dirty hands all the time.
