Men and baby showers
My DH is driving me crazy with my baby shower. He keeps asking if I want to know when it is and where it is (of course I do but I'm trying to be good so I'll be surprised). Then he feels as if he should entertain the men who dropped off someone at the shower so they don't have to drive all the way home. He's figuring on having them over to our house because if they go out somewhere, then it will probably be assumed that he will pay, which we can't afford. So, he's saying I'll know when the shower is because he'll be cleaning the whole house so he can have people over. And he keeps asking me how he can get me there without me knowing.
Anyone else's DH have trouble keeping this a secret? And any other suggestions about where he and the men can hang out during the shower?

Re: Men and baby showers
My wife is having her Baby Shower (twins) in a couple of weeks. Though I 've been involved in the planning, I haven't mentioned anything about the event to her. Perhaps, he could get other people involved to help you get to the party.
I don't plan on entertaining the guys during the shower - I'm sure there's plenty of other things they rather be doing. If I had to, I would pick a nearby restaraunt or Sports Bar where they could watch TV.
