How involved is FH with wedding planning???
I'm curious to know how much everyone's FH is doing. Mine is involved in every decision concerning the wedding down to the BM dresses. The only thing he didn't want to help pick was my gown. I'm not allowed to do anything without him.  He's to freaking cute sometimes. He's actually the one who picked out the BM dresses.

The only things he was not involved in were my gown and the BMs gowns, other than that, he has been involved every step of the way, which I love!

Oh god, sometimes I forget I have one!!! He wants nothing to do with the planning process. He said, all he wants in an invitation. Otherwise pretty much everything is up to me!!! Its kinda nice, but there are some things I would like some input/help with. Oh well....

Mine has been involved in every step of the planning...except the save the dates.. i was ordering them online and he "didnt want to get out of bed to look at them" so I ordered them without him 
everything else, he has a say in, I love it!

He's been very involved except for my dress and the bridesmaids dresses. He even got upset when me and my mom went looking at halls without him when he was away for a weekend. He's been so helpful, it's great!

Mine just says- tell me when to show up! He did help pick out the band since music is really important to him and meet with the catering manager to pick the menu, but that's about it. He just doesn't care about that stuff as long as we have good music, food he likes and an open bar

Surprisingly, mine is too!
Not the BM dresses though 
I always thought I will be the one planning and he won't help. BUT, he is helping with everything! We decide everything together! I think its great, but also, a bit annoying

He's quite involved, but only at my request. He comes to appointments under duress and then got a little P.O.'d when I went and chose the flowers by myself. And they say women are hard to please...

Greg took care of the limos and the church cause those were the things I didnt want to do... I told him if he wanted to get married in the church he better contact the priest himself (I dont agree with a lot of things that the church preaches so I was afraid that I would get pissed off and yell at the priest or something lol)

Same here. I do run things by him when it comes time to decide. But I am almost glad that I have free rein. His family has not even asked about anything, no interest whatsoever

um, does complaining count as involvement?
We went to 3 halls together and thats all he did. He just keeps saying "just tell me what time I have to show up" and then complains about how much the whole thing is costing him.

Not really so much. I brought him in to see to see the reception hall before I signed the contract. He's also had some opinions on the menu and the music, but otherwise, he's left most of it up to me.

Mine has been very involved. He was in charge of photo and video since they are his expertice. I also run things by him before I decide and he always expresses his opinion.

I hear you about the annoying part. I love that he wants to be so involved and is excited about the wedding, but at the same time he's driving me nuts!!

yeah mine is so involved with it he is so annoying about it. he picked out the favors and the invites. He has been doing alot of helping out the only thing he does not want to do is my dress and the list of people coming.

yes it can get in the way when i really want something one way and he totally disagrees! that's when i wish he was a little bit LESS opinionated

He doesn't like the go places. So far my maid of honor and matron of honor and mother have been a big help. I show him pictures at home and he tells me what is the best so in the end he has final say. I just don't let them know that.
