Does anyone have info on Thatched Cottage?
I went to Chateau La Mere last night and had a ton of info thanks to everyone's responses. I'm checking out Thatched Cottage tonight - again on a friend's recommendation. I've never been there, nor has my fiance. How's the food? atmosphere? service? price?

Im not really sure about the price but I went to Feliciada's wedding at the Thatched Cottage in July and it was AWSOME!!!! The place was really really beautiful. We loved the outdoor cocktail hour. The waiter we had was the best waiter we have ever had at any hall ( and we have been to many) the best part was the food!!!! I am such a picky eater!! I hardly ever actually eat when we go to weddings besides some of the ch food. Well I ate everything on my plate and I was sooo full!! They gave really generous portions and the food was really really good. I am reccomending that place to all my engaged friends b/c I love it so much and I really want to go back!

My cousin got married there 2 years ago and it was great! The food was good but the service was so so! We often couldn't find our waiter to get drinks and caused a long line at the bar. But all in all it was a great time! Very pretty and she said very reasonable!

I'm getting married there in Nov and we went for our food tasting and all that before we booked. The food was great! They do this neat little thing and make potatoes look like mushrooms.  Okay so little things amuse me. Anyway, price wise I thought that they were really good - nothing crazy and Mary Ann was very nice. Good luck! Let us know how it went!

I'm getting married there Jul 2006 - what would you like to know? We're getting married on a FRi night - 90pp ++ .......+$595 ceremony fee. Here are some pictures let me know if you want to see more.

well, you've come to the right place. aside from feliciaDA and Robnette (who did reviews) I also got married there. here is the link to the review I did...it is at the bottom. all i can say is that the place was the most perfect place for us, aside from a cliff in hawaii
