NWR: Need your support and help!!!
My friends and I are starting our very own biggest loser today!!!!
Ok- today I go for my weigh-in and body fat testing to begin my 3 month ordeal to get in shape and lose weight. For those that didn't see my eariler post, my friends and started this to get in shape and you can win money at the end. You also can lose money since there is a penalty phase where if you don't lose 5 pounds by the first weigh in a month from now, you are charged $10 per pound. I started my weight loss plan about a month ago and wouldn't you know I started dropping some weight last week, right before the weigh-in. I hope this doesn't hurt my chances.
Hopefully I will be able to win some money for my wedding. I have to put in $100 so I am really determined. I think I have an edge since no one else is giving up alcohol for the contest and I plan to. I also have you guys!!!!
I need all the support I can get!!!!! y.

You go Christine....
lots and lots and lots of bottled water. Drink nothing else. You can put a squirt of lemon in it for taste:)
You will lose weight and it's great for your skin. I always carry a bottle with me wherever I go.
If you need a snack... a handful (10-12) almonds. They really fill you up because they are protein.

Thanks guys- I know with you behind me I can take em! The focus for me isn't really weight loss( I only have to lose 5 pounds in this contest) but changing my body fat percentage and getting in shape. I would love to lose my love handles and rolls on my thighs for the honeymoon.

in one month, ive lost 10 pounds ...which is incredible, miracle-like even for me whose scale hasnt budged since starting college
all i did was small portions and more exercise
still have 20 more to go but i hope i can get there before summer
