what shade of white is your dress???
I found a Demetrios dress that comes in bright white, silk white, ivory and gold. They are all very light colors. Even the ivory and gold are almost like white. I think I like silk white. I saw samples of my dress in only in gold and silk white. The stores are telling me that about half the brides order ivory. What are all of you doing???

Mine is called pearl - not a Demetrios - but is basically an ivory color.

My demetrios dress was silk white, and I loved it. It looked stark white in pictures and in person. But remember to get a silk white veil.

And Yes I'm dying my shoes, I found the bridalshoes.com web site, they will match the shoes to your dress,
This is from their web ste:

Mine is diamond white also. In person, and pictures, it looks white white. I'm just going to wear regular white shoes with a white veil. I held up "diamond white" against the dress, and the diamond looked a few shades off.
