Our first time out, we looked at 3 houses last night and....
We witnessed a drug deal take place right in front of the house  We were sitting in our car waiting for the agent, it was 3 young guys and took all of about 5 seconds but was so obvious. I turned to DH and said "Did we just see what I think we just saw?" And DH, who is a cop, was like "That sure the F&^% was!" When the agent arrived we still saw the house which we were less than impressed with anyway. The agent wanted to show us another on that block and DH told her what we saw and said we were no longer interested in looking in that neighborhood. She was a little embarassed.
We saw two other houses in the same but different part of town which were in noticeably nicer neighborhoods and were pretty decent, but I just couldn't believe what we had seen!

oh man, that would definitely be a mind-changer. I saw that once when I waiting in my car in front of my friend's house. But keep in mind, this happens EVERYWHERE but you don't always see it.
