I saw Code Bleu last night
all I can say is WOW...my MOH & I were there last night & they really were good! The debate is FH wants a band & I want a DJ...Now after hearing Code Bleu, I am leaning towards a band, but I'm not 100% sure! I got the DVD so that FH can hear them

I should have sent you my copy two weeks ago. Sean keeps calling... however, I think we are going the DJ route.
They are really good. The Italian singer - his baby daughter was sitting next to me at the last showcase and while he sang, she would scream "DDAAAADDDDDYYY!" SO ADORABLE. He lives right in Massapequa.
They've done a lot at FT. Now I am sad!

Don't be sad! I am actually sad bc I was suppose to come home & say I didn't want a band! Erin was with me & she agreed...I thought of the DVD that you had after I got my copy! FH will hear it tonight & then if he likes, they are performing again on the 17th at Fortunoff's!
I didn' get to talk to Sean, there were so many girls booking them on the spot last night! They did a lot at FT?? Have you ever heard the house band Paris?? I still have to hear them!

no...paris, never heard of them!
the last time, girls booked on the spot with them too! they are great.
he said he's been there tons of times (the FT) AND that he eats for free (he knows the maitre d's)

HAHAHA...That is comforting though when the band/dj has worked in our venue...It makes your mind at ease bc you know they are going to do well!

Ok, so you convince be to get the video.
Now you take me to see a great band, and then expect me not to want them? I've decided I can no longer go with your suggestions! YOU ARE COSTING ME MONEY!! haha.. not to mention whenever we do get out together, it's -14degrees out! JK, I still love you. I haven't spoken to Bri yet about Code Bleu. I really liked them, they had a great energy that is hard to come by in a DJ. Atleast without being obvnoxious! And their playlist is really impressive.. just wish there was a little more country.. haha

It says they will learn it! Once Jay sees the DVD, you are more then welcome to borrow to show Brian...I don't mean to cost you $$$....Trust me, I didn't want a band! You know me!!! I am going to get the other video tonight so I can show you!

When you watch the DVD can you compair their live performance to the DVD for me??? I saw their DVD and wasnt all that impressed. But maybe they are better live...PLEASE GIVE ME INFO!!! THANKS!

yes - they are definitely different than what's on the DVD.
You lose out on their personality A LOT!
My suggestion, is if you "hear" what you like from the DVD (the voice quality, the songs, etc.)...then go to a showcase to hear them. They will blow you away from there.

Hey everyone! We booked Code Bleu for our wedding and are totally psyched. FYI: For our cocktail hour, we are having one of the guys sing and play acoustic guitar. That's included in the contract price (We booked them last fall, so we got them for $5200).
