Does anyone recc. any other limo company besides Royalty?? Had a weird experience...
I am just writing because I don't know if this is normal customer service or not. A lot of people rave about Manny, but this is what happened to me recently.
I called him two weeks ago, from florida, and reminded him he gave me a quote online, blah blah, and he said "So, you are ready to write it up?" I said "yes," then he said "OH, wait, I just got a customer, could I call you back in 20 min?"!!!
Like, am I NOT a customer? Couldn't he just say he was on the phone with a customer and he would be right with the person? But, I figured that he was maybe by himself, so I said ok. Well, he never called me back.
Then, he FMs me to reply to an fm I sent him before he didn't call me back, so I told him "I am the one from florida who called you last week, and I am waiting for your call." And I left my number again. That was over a week ago, and he still hasn't called! ha.
I know this sounds a little whiny, but I now feel funny dealing with him. But, I think they were givnig me the best deal. (one antique car, one 14 pass for three hours, and free limo for us to our hotel for 900 with grat. included in the 900!)
Does anyone know of another company that is comparable in price, or is this the best I could get? Thanks!!!

WE ARE USING NJL LIMOS IN HUNTINGTON. THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE AND ALL THE LIMOS ARE NEW!! GOOD LUCK!!

We just booked NJL yesterday. Thay are very nice and the prices are very reasonable. I called around and got the best price from them.

Try Thomas from Double Diamond! I am so excited, after I booked with them (used them for my engagement party and LOVED them) he joined and is now a vendor here...FM him, he's awesome! I really wouldn't recommend otherwise. Please tell him I sent you!

I too asked him for a quote. He got back to me and asked me what my needs where. I fm'ed him back with what I needed. He never got in contact with me after that. I had heard he was great, but I guess my business wasnt that important to him. Oh well, someone else will get my business!!! Just wanted to let you know you arent the only one

Tinkerwdw I know how you feel.... I too was going to use Manny, but when I had to cancel an appointment due to work he was like "Yeah right your probably watching the Yankee game." Before he made his comment I was going to schedule another appointment to discuss pricing but he gave my FH an attitude in the first phone call....
I am using WhiteStar Limos in Flushing.. If you would like the information just FM me ....

I don't think your whiny! The customer service of your limo company is important. My wedding day was wonderful, the only bad memories I have involve my limo company - they were horrible and I still get knots in my stomach when I think about the situation. Pick someone you really love.
And don't use AC Regency!!

We are looking to use two different companys because of the cars we want. Town and Country has an unbelievable 56 caddy and we saw them at the stonebridge showcase recently and we were thinking of going to look at M&V limos because they were the only one we found that actually advertised the BMW limo truck and stretch car. I haven't dealt with any of them but these are the ones Im going to look at.
