Some people should not be allowed to own pets especially small dogs

I just ran to the supermarket because I was out of some stuff, as I park I am across from a PT Cruiser and sitting on the dashboard is a little maltese I know it's alive because I am watching his breathe on the windshield. I look around for someone no one is coming towards the car. I go in do my shopping come out and the poor puppy is still in there. I know it's not the summer but IMO it is still too cold to bring a dog out in this weather and leave in a car that is not running

Omg Jamie, I just saw this the other day.

I was loading pkgs into my truck, and this woman pulls into the spot next to me. It was FREEZING out. AS I get into my car SHe is getting out and I hear her saying, no, stay! And, there is a tiny, tiny dog in there!!!

The car was not left running, and the dog was crying! I sat there for 10 minutes or so, and the lady still hadn't come out. I was practically in tears listening to that doggie howl!

thats so wrong. what s the point? you KNOW youre gonna be there for at least an hour!

did he at LEAST have on a sweater?

eta: thats one thing i love about the city. i can bring them in anywhere at all pretty much. i dont think i ever left either of them alone in the car when i lived on long island

poor thing.

there was an episode of Will&Grace and Demi Moore walks into a cafe and asks "who has the dog tied up outside with no food or water?"... of course no one says anything so she said "well, whoever you are, you dont deserve a dog so i let him go"...

thats what i want to do when i see dogs tethered up for a while.

i work next door to a restaurant and this poor dog was tied up for the longest. crying and crying. i kept going outside to check on him and play with him.
idiots.

That aggravates so much. Honestly I could take my dog everywhere with me I would, but she is too big. I don't understand what is the point with this people.

That is so upsetting to hear! I cant believe that some loser would do that to their dogs and i agree they should not have a dog. if you are going to go out leave the dog home where he can stay home and be warm.
