Where did everyone go on there first date with their FI???

We went to Shiro. Its a Japanese restaurant where they cook in front of you.

My FI came up with the idea. I was so impressed because I thought it was such a cool first date idea and I had never been there.

We go there every once in a while and remember our first date

Our first date was at a Greek Concert at Hammerstein Ballroom.

We went to Cafe Butera's in Massapequa...and then we Played pool at the place on Merrick Road by Butera's

I remember how nervous I was. It was such a nice first date...but I am so glad that we are done with the whole dating phase..it was always nerve racking for me

We went on a group 1st date with my brother and 2 other friends.
We went bowling and to the dinner. Our first ALONE date was to Mezza Luna in Queens and it was sooo yummy and romantic!

We went to Pizzeria Uno and then the beach-- we sat in a lifeguard chair and had our first kiss (technically) under the moonlight.....

we went to a sweet sixteen together... but our first official date was a vampire movie that was sooooo horrible I fell asleep.....and given I was an insomniac at the time, I figured he was a keeper

We went to see Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas then we had dinner at Fridays. lol

We went to see Star Wars Episode One. I got there late so we had to sit in the VERY front row of a huge theatre. Then we walked all the way from Union Square to Battery Park City and ended up eating at a McDonald's on the way. We stopped and chatted at benched at 2 different parks near our high school

We went to the Farmingdale movie theater and saw the Texas Chainsaw Massacre (romantic, huh??) It was actually my pick!

We then went to the nearby Applebees and had a few drinks.

His house! We watched movies! yes it was a very ackward first date in his house but we had fun!

We went to the museum of Natural History and then to dinner. That was the first time we met in person after talking online for two months!
We were so nervous but then it was so wonderful after just a few minutes. I think we were pretty much in love with each other by the end of that date.

We went to six flags great adventure! It was the best first date and we had such a good time. We got to ride all the roller coasters and it was such a thrill, i think i fell in love with him that first day

Umm, we went to Fridays, nothing spectacular but we still had a great time. Our second date was actually at this really adorable Italian restaurant that was in an old church that they had converted to a restaurant. Very romantic !

We hung out in groups of both our friends the first summer we met at various bars/clubs on Long Island/Hamptons.
After about 2 weeks of that, he asked me to go to his cousin's wedding at John Anthonys where I met his ENTIRE Family. We started dating shortly after that & have been together ever since July of 1999

our first date we went to see Blair Wtich 2, our second date he took me to his cousins christening, where i got to meet his rather large Italina family. but we're still together now, so it wasn't too bad

Our actual first date as a couple was to the movies in Bklyn to see DUDE WHERE'S MY CAR? We actually went to his friends daughters sweet 16 and Dublins before that just as friends because he had no one to go with him(what a set up on his part, right?)

Mine was at Baja Fresh, which is just slightly more upscale than McDonalds. :) We met online, and I had been tired of sitting through long first date dinners with people I didn't like, so I wanted somewhere I could get through quickly. But we ended up staying there a while.

We went to a sushi resturant in Long Beach and then we went to Starbucks for coffee. Our second date we went to a bar in Long Beach were I fainted at the bar! My FH will never let me live that one down.

Well I met mine about 16 and a half years ago at a fraternity party up in Syracuse. We were both freshmen living in the same dorm. After one too many beers he walked me back to the dorm blah blah blah (hehe - dont tell my mom please)....

Fast Forward to March 04 finding us both on a dating website with matching profiles. I contacted him not knowing or remembering who he was and he didnt know who I was either. We had both changed so dramatically.

After a few minutes of chatting, he asked me to get my freshman "facebook" out to see if I could figure out who he was. I keep EVERYTHING so I had easy access to it. When I saw his freshman picture, I was like "OMG I know you!!!" We got on the phone, talked for a few hours, set up a date at the Sunrise Mall and we have been together ever since.

So our first date could have been a fraternity party OR Sunrise Mall - you choose!!!

I was 14 and he was 15, we went to a local local pizza place. Really nervous because we both lied to our parents and told them we were out with a bunch of friends. His mom ordered a pizza to pick up and there we were. We've been in trouble ever since..
