Annoyed about the Swan Club..need advice!

Hi-

I was chatting with another Swan Club bride and apparently there are 3 packages at the Swan Club. When my FI and I went we were only offered a choice of 2. I am paying 65pp for the "Silver" and she is paying 69pp for the "Gold" (the one I didn't know about)!!

What should I do??? I have already booked and signed the contract...but I am pissed!

Call back and speak with the owner-- or someone just as high up in the rankings. Explain to him or her what you just told us, and say you are very upset that you were not even told about the gold package. Tell him or her that you would like to come in to sign a new contract. I'm sure they won't say "no", especially if you persist and don't back down. Good luck!

Well my mom is the one who is paying and she is so mad right now. I think I will have her call...I am so bad with confrontation. By the time she gets off the phone we will have a free reception(Just Kidding)

I completely understand. Make sure that your mom calls, then. I'm really good at stuff like that-- I can chew people's ears off if need be, and I think they realize that and just yes me to death to shut me up! I negotiated the price of our apartment down $7,500 AFTER we already signed the agreement! You just have to be confident and persistant.

I need to get good at that stuff...I have never liked confrontation so I have always just accepted what I was offered!! My mom and FMIL are excellent with these kinds of things!
