The invitation that I'm ordering (w/pic)...
It's 3 layers, and the middle is real silk brocade (I love it!). I'm doing champagne color ink. The envelope lining is also going to be the silk brocade. I'm going to order it as soon as my Mom is more mobile again to come (she broke her ankle). I'm so excited

To answer the earlier question of what three layers...it actually 3 layers of paper...only the middle layer is the silk brocade.

Nice, FH and I went looking for invites today. We orginally budgeted $1000 for invites, but after FH saw that we can get invites for much less than that I can't get him to approve anything that's too expensive.  Oh well, I'll we'll just put that money elsewhere. I think I'm persuading him to do the calligraphy on the envelopes since we're saying so much $$ on invites.
